The Board Corner: Congratulations to Chris Siler, Klahanie’s New Director of Operations / Community Manager

The Board is delighted to announce that Chris Siler has been promoted to Director of Operations (Community Manager). In this new role, Chris will transition from the interim Community Manager/Facilities Director position to the permanent role of Director of Operations/Community Manager. Chris has served as the interim Community Manager for nearly fifteen (15) months out of the last nineteen (19) months, learning, growing, and serving the Klahanie Community. During this time, two other community managers have come and gone. Every time, Chris stepped up to calm the waters and lead. This has been a long performance-based job interview in plain sight!  

The Board and the Klahanie community are fortunate to have Chris, and the Board will continue to partner with him to deliver amenities, experiences, and services worthy of our community and our Mission.

In His Own Words:  

I am honored to step into the role of Director of Operations and Community Manager for Klahanie. Over the past three years serving as your Facilities Director, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and working with many of you. Klahanie has truly become a second home to me. 

Since taking on the role of Interim Director in October 2023, I’ve been inspired to take the next step in my professional journey. I’m proud to have earned my CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation and am actively working toward my AMS (Association Management Specialist) certification. 

I am deeply grateful to the Board for this opportunity and for their continued support. I remain committed to ensuring the community operates smoothly and that our facilities are maintained and enhanced to meet the needs of our residents.
