Serviced through EZ Facility, we've found a way to help streamline booking and communication processes between our Sports & Recreation team and our residents.
Directions for Amenities Booking:
Here are some tips for a better experience. If you are a resident, consider using the same login and password as your Resident Portal Account.
Creating your account: When you create your account, you will need to verify it via an email that will be sent to your account. Please check your junk mail if you do not see it within a couple of minutes.
Adding Family Members: After you create your account, open your profile (in the upper left) and add all of your family members under the “Relationships” tab on the top of the page. If your child is in special education or had special needs, please contact us for adaptations that may needed for their lessons.
Paying for Private/Semi-Private Lessons: If you are going to purchase these lessons, we recommend pay for your lessons in advance under the “Buy” tab on the left. Once you are on this page, you will need to choose who you are purchasing these packages for when you buy a package. Once in your shopping cart, you can change your quantity. By purchasing your packages in advance, you will greatly increase the speed of the booking process. Once your packages are paid for, you will then click on the “Book Private Lessons” tab and book the lessons that you would like.
Booking Private/Semi-private Lessons: To book these, click on the “Book Private Lessons” tab on the left of the page. Under “Filter” you will choose who you are booking the class for. If you do not change this, you will book yourself into the class. You can click on “Change View” if you would like to see a different view of the calendar. If there are instructors available for booking, you will see their names listed on the calendar. Each instructor will have their own color. If you purchased and book a semi-private lesson, you only need to book one time slot with one student. The instructor will be expecting two students. Once you book your private/semi-private lessons, you can find them under the “My Schedule” tab on the left of the page. You can change family members by clicking on “Filter” at the top of the page. Be sure to note the location of your lessons. We have two pools! Please note that cancelations must be done 24 hours in advance. There is no exception to this policy. Cancelations must be completed by the client by going to "My Schedule" and opening the class you would like to cancel. Once it is open, you can cancel the class 24 hours prior to the class. If it is less than 24 hours prior to the class, NO REFUNDS will be given.
Booking Group Lessons, Clinics, and Conditioning Classes: You will find these lessons under the “Registrations” tab on the left of the page. You will find the class you would like to take and click “Select”. You will then choose who in your family you are going to register for the class. You will then read through what they will be learning in the class. At the bottom of the page, you will then acknowledge if you are a resident or a non-resident and click “Next”. You will then continue with the registration process by entering in all the required information. Once payment is complete, you will be registered for the class. To view purchased group lessons, click on the “Invoices” tab on the left of the page. You can change who you are viewing invoices for on this page. If you booked a class for your child, you will find that invoice under their name. Please note that we do not offer makeups for classes that were missed but not canceled by staff. NO REFUNDS will be given for group swim lessons that were not cancelled by staff.
