Notes on the New System (Vantaca):

We have transitioned to a new system (Vantaca) as of October 1st. We realize this is a big change, thank you for being patient with us as we transition. Please find some helpful information below that will make the transition smoother:
- You should have received an email from "Klahanie Association" with your login information for the new Owner's Portal. This email is not a scam. Please do not disregard this email, as it is essential to set up your new account. When you use your email to login, it will email you a six digit code located in the body of the email (not the subject line). You can use either the 6 digit code, or the temporary password. 
- Your Q4 dues statements will be sent to you on 10/2. If your communication preferences are set to email, you will have them in your inbox tomorrow. If your communication preferences are set to mail, you will receive your statements in the mail in about a week. Again, please do not disregard these emails, or physical mailers. Note: statements will ONLY reflect Q4 dues, not any fees, fines, pre-paid, or past due balances. Accounts will be updated to reflect actual balances in mid-October.
- Payment methods and autopay did not transfer. If you would like to use autopay, or pay through the new system, you will need to re-enroll.
