Architectural Controls Committee

• ​This Committee drives strategic improvements for the Architectural Controls (Exterior Home Improvements) of Klahanie and discusses the approval and exemptions of outstanding Architectural Controls Applications. 

Communications Committee

• This Committee collaborates with Klahanie Association staff to improve the quality and delivery of all communication materials, ensuring that content is timely, consistent and relevant to Klahanie Residents.

Finance and Operation Committee

• This Committee advises and guides the financial operation of the Association. 

Fines Committee

• This Committee discusses violation of non-compliance and provides directions on enforcement of fines.

Sports and Recreation Committee

• This Committee engages the Klahanie community and provides support to the health and well-being of the Klahanie amenities. 

Building and Special Projects Committee

• This committee collects ideas, strategies and new project ideas for upgrading existing facilities and recommends new capital improvements and projects. 

Governance Committee

• This committee reviews the By-laws, Architectural Guidelines, Rules and Regulations, Assessment Policy, and Resolution Policies to make recommendations to the Board on how to best portrays the Associations needs, wants and expectations while also unifying with local and state governments. 

Safety and Community Engagement

• This committee is designed to enhance community engagement by facilitating dialogue and collaboration between homeowners to create events while also educating residents on ways to increase safety through neighborhood watch.
