Volunteer Committees
Committee meetings are held once a month for 2 hours
Architectural Controls Committee

This Committee drives strategic improvements for the Architectural Controls (Exterior Home Improvements) of Klahanie and discusses the approval and exemptions of outstanding Architectural Controls Applications.
Communications Committee

This Committee collaborates with Klahanie Association staff to improve the quality and delivery of all communication materials, ensuring that content is timely, consistent and relevant to Klahanie Residents.
Finance and Operation Committee

This Committee advises and guides the financial operation of the Association.
Fines Committee

This Committee discusses violation of non-compliance and provides directions on enforcement of fines.
Sports and Recreation Committee

This Committee engages the Klahanie community and provides support to the health and well-being of the Klahanie amenities.
Building and Special Projects Committee

This committee collects ideas, strategies and new project ideas for upgrading existing facilities and recommends new capital improvements and projects.

Event Volunteer
Available for a few hours when a Community Event is hosted
This is a great opportunity to serve the community. No special expertise is required and also great for teens needs community service hours!
The HOA hosts some events: movie nights, Klahanie days, setting up winter walk-throughs, St. Patrick's scavenger hunt, Love Knot Bridge, etc.
