Klahanie Swimming Lessons

Our swimming lessons are available to residents and non-residents! 

​

Group Lessons:

We don't have any group lesson offerings currently. If you would like to receive updates regarding future offerings, please create an account via our Amenity Booking Portal.

• Length of class: Our classes are 30 minutes unless otherwise stated.

• Cost: The cost per class will be listed on the registration page. 

• Length of session: The length of the session and the meeting days will meet will be listed on the registration page. Make-up classes due to weather or pool closure will be made up on Friday of the same week. There will be no make-up lessons for individual student cancellations or illness. 

• Class Size: The minimum class size is 3 students, and the maximum class size varies with the skill level of the class.

• Instructors: As much as we would like to have the same instructor for the entire session of our classes, our instructors do get sick, participate in other activities, and are told by their parents that they need to go on vacations as a family. Because of factors beyond our control, we may need to substitute instructors to ensure that we can conduct our classes. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

• Class Prerequisites and Descriptions: It is important to book your child in the class that they are best suited for. This is not only for the benefit of the other students in the class; it can be a safety concern as well. CLICK HERE to see the course offerings.

• Waitlists: If a class is full, you will get a Pop-Up Screen to notify you that you are being placed on the Waitlist. Please join the waitlist, as changes are common. If a class does not have enough participants, that class will be canceled, and participants will be notified the day after registration closes. We are sometimes able to add additional classes (pending instructor availability) if current offerings are full, which is another reason to join the waitlist!

• Cancelation Policy: In the event of a pool problem or thunder/lightning, makeup classes might be scheduled by the management. We do not cancel for heat, cold, rain, snow, wind, or clouds. In the event of a cancelation, you will receive a cancelation notification via email as early as possible that will detail your makeup option. We do not offer makeups for classes that were missed but not canceled by staff. NO REFUNDS will be given for group swim lessons that were not canceled by staff. Withdrawal/transfer requests can be made via Email.

Private/Semi-Private Swimming Lessons:

• Length of lesson: Our private and semi-private lessons are 30 minutes unless otherwise stated.

• Cost: The cost per lesson will vary depending on resident status and if it is a private or semi-private lesson.

• Cancelation Policy: In the event of a pool problem, thunder/lightning, or instructor illness, lessons may be canceled. We do not cancel for heat, cold, rain, snow, wind, or clouds. In the event of a cancelation, you will receive a cancelation notification via email and phone call as early as possible. Cancelations by the client must be done 24 hours in advance. There is no exception to this policy. The client must complete cancelation via the Amenity Booking Portal.
