Meet the Team

The Klahanie Homeowners Association staff is dedicated to their role comes from all backgrounds to help build and maintain our inclusive, diverse, and friendly neighborhood.

Director of Operations / Community Manager

Chris joined the Klahanie team in March of 2022. He started his long career in construction on the fence lines of his uncle’s contracting business at 16 in southern New Mexico. Building miles of barbed wire fences on the ranches, farms, and wildlife refuges all over the southwest gave him a love of nature and working out on the land. Having kids required him to get off the road and start working in facility maintenance. Many years were spent running the maintenance department in nursing homes, where he was able to interact with great people and big staffs. From there he started working in apartment maintenance, running garden style apartments and then a Tower in downtown Seattle. He was then lucky enough to work for the residents of Klahanie. Living close by in Issaquah with his wife and two kids allows him a short commute, better able to help the wonderful community of Klahanie.

Accounting Manager

Noah is passionate about process improvement and enjoys the challenge of streamlining complex financial systems to ensure accuracy and transparency. He looks forward to applying his deep technical knowledge to support the Association’s financial health and getting to know the Klahanie residents.

A native of the Pacific Northwest, Noah is a graduate of the University of Washington – Go Dawgs!. He has spent the majority of his career rooted in the Eastside. When he isn’t diving into financial statements,

He stays busy exploring the great outdoors. He is an avid hiker, camper, and fisherman who loves taking advantage of everything our region has to offer. He also enjoys traveling and is a dedicated Seahawks fan—you’ll likely find him cheering on the Hawks every Sunday during the season! Whether he’s on a local trail or at the office, Noah is always happy to connect with the community, so be sure to stop by and say hello.

Administrative Assistant

Haley joined our team in December of 2025.

"Outside is where I feel most engaged—staying active, working with my hands, and being part of environments that are dynamic and hands-on. My background helped me develop strong customer service skills and being a leader to others. I’m especially interested in roles and environments connected to logistics and outdoor operations—areas where things are constantly moving and require hands-on coordination.

I value time with my family. I bring consistency and a strong work ethic to everything I do, and I’m always looking to grow into more operational, hands-on roles over time."
