Consent to Receive Electronically Transmitted Notices

According to Section 3.4 of the Bylaws, RCW 64.38.110 now allows the Association to deliver notices to residents via email.  The notices now eligible for email delivery include, but are not limited to: dues statements, notice of meetings, notice of voting, and notice of changes to the governing documents. This change to electronic delivery will help the Association save money on printing and mailing by giving residents a choice on how they receive communications. We encourage you to consent to receive these communications electronically to help decrease printing and mailing costs in the future.

Section 3.4 also specifies that written consent is needed to send residents electronically transmitted notices.  Please click below to download the consent form.  You can mail or drop off this completed document to the Klahanie Association office at 4210 244th Pl SE, Sammamish, WA 98029, or you can scan and email the completed form to accounting@klahanie.com.  Once we receive your form, we will update your delivery preferences for all future mailings.
