Some things you can now do in the resident portal
How to Create an Account
1.
Please ensure that you are a resident of Klahanie Homeowners Association. Renters are not allowed to create an account.
2.
Click on the 'Resident Portal' above or at the top of the website.
3.
Click 'Register as New User'.
4.
Search and select 'Klahanie Association' and enter the email address you've used with us. If you are not in the system, please contact our office for assistance.
5.
Follow instructions to complete your account.
6.
Start submitting Klahanie Association related items in the portal. DONE!
PAY HOA DUES
Conveniently pay for all your HOA dues online. View the Assessment and Collection Policy.
