We will also have a beautiful display of the project here in the office for your viewing.

We will begin work on phase 3 of the Boulevard beginning (tentative) Wednesday April 14th, 2010.  The area will be between 244th (HOA office) and end at the crosswalk at Challenger Elementary. The project will include tree removal, sidewalk repair / removal, and install of new material and irrigation.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but we are looking forward to a GREAT looking Boulevard!
